However, as Ephesians 3:20 declares, God is able to do “exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.” God surpasses our expectations, so it’s vital to expand our imaginations and trust in His power, knowing He is beyond any limits we might place.

Asking in Faith and Trusting God’s Timing

The power of asking is emphasized throughout the Bible. James 4:2 reminds us that we “have not because we ask not.” Yet, even in asking, we must have faith and align our prayers with God’s will. When we approach God with confidence, like Elijah calling down fire, we witness His mighty hand at work in our lives.

His past faithfulness assures us that He can and will act on our behalf.
